What is Resilience? Resilience exists when a person can bounce back and
thrive from major challenges. Resilience is critical to cope with stress and can be cultivated in a supportive environment. This leads to greater job satisfaction and organizational productivity.
Here are some tips to increase resilience in the workplace.
